Have you ever dreamed of creating bacon with the flavor profile of your choice? This is your chance to learn from start to finish how to select, season, brine, cure, smoke and slice your way to Bacon Nirvana with master pork craftsman Chef Jason Morse as your guide. Chef Jason Morse may hail from Minnesota, but has been Colorado proud for almost 20 years.  Jason is a country club chef turned entrepreneur and had found a way to turn his love of BBQ into a business.  Formed in 2010, 5280 culinary™ was created to provide culinary consulting services, recipe creation, media talent and to craft a high end line of BBQ products.  The BBQ provisions line of products can be found at your local ace hardware store.  Chef Jason also works with ace hardware as their grill expert and can be found teaching cooking classes and more.  Check out on their online calendar at www.5280culinary.com
