Program Overview
The Homeowners Association (HOA) Community Grant Program provides financial assistance to HOAs within the Neighbourhoods at Keystone for the purpose of enhancing the safety of their neighborhood with Wildfire Mitigation projects and to improve the convenience of having Mail Service near your home. Our goal is to partner with HOAs to bring positive, visible, and lasting improvements that benefit both current residents and the broader community.
Eligible Projects
Funding may be used for the community improvement projects listed below:
- Installation of an HOA mailbox system
- Wildfire mitigation projects
Application Requirements
Interested HOAs must submit:
- A complete application form
- A brief project description and objectives
- An itemized project budget
- A proposed timeline for implementation
- Supporting materials (e.g., photos, designs, letters of support, or board approval documentation)
How to Apply
Completed applications must be submitted by the first day of the quarter to be considered for that quarter’s funding cycle.
