“I’m Tom Courson, an owner in the Buffalo Lodge, and proud to be an Executive Board Member for the KNC! I grew up in the Denver Metro area and have lived in Boulder with my wife Sheryl for a number of years.
In the early 1980’s our two boys learned to ski at the Keystone Ski School. Anyone else remember the balloons they pinned to the kids ski hats in those days? It’s certainly been fun to see how Keystone has developed from basically the Mountain House to everything it has to offer today. All of the fun I’ve had cruising Spring Dipper over the years can’t be beat, not to mention hiking down it in the summer!
Over the years summer has become my favorite time of year in Keystone! Regularly attending the festivals has been a highlight of each summer for quite a few years now. For me the Bluegrass and Beer Festival is a must attend event each August!
I really enjoy being involved with the KNC Finance Committee and Board. I definitely look forward to many more years of service to play a small part in keeping Keystone the fantastic place it has become!
