Happy July, KNC Homeowners! Summer is in full swing here at Keystone with weekly events, the gondola and bike park open, and plenty of sunshine!

KINDRED RESORT OPENING WINTER 25-26 WITH 3 RESTAURANTS AND NEW RETAIL
The excitement is building in River Run Village with the anticipated opening of Keystone’s new base area development – Kindred Resort – set for later this year. The Kindred team is anticipating a public opening of the hotel and West Tower residences by the 2025-2026 ski season.
Kindred will feature a 107-room hotel, 95 private residences and a private club, plus retail, a rental shop, the Keystone ski & ride school, a spa, meeting & event space and 3 new restaurants with a lobby lounge called Kindred Spirits.
Designed as the “living room of Keystone,” Kindred will be a gathering spot for the community and bring a new level of luxury, service and energy to River Run Village. In fact, Kindred was recently recognized as one of the 50 most hotly anticipated new hotels in the world by The Robb Report.
The team is in the final phase of real estate sales with 90% sold. Club membership sales are underway with a limited number available for the public.

KNC HOMEOWNER HAPPY HOUR ON FRIDAY, JULY 18TH
The Keystone Neighbourhood Company has announced the summer homeowner happy hour! Join us in River Run Village on Friday, July 18th from 4pm-7:30pm for an opportunity to mingle with other homeowners, listen to live music, and enjoy a couple drinks on us!

Friday, July 18th kicks off this year’s River Run Village Art Festival. Shop around the artist showcase, then join us for live music from local favorite, The Consequence Men. Did you know…. The Consequence Men is a duo of Jeff Kingery and Andy Stratton, and was specially formed to play Keystone Bacon & Bourbon Festival last summer! We are excited to bring this talented duo back to Keystone where it all began.
