KNC ANNUAL MEMBERS’ MEETING ANNOUNCED
JOIN US FOR THE ANNUAL MEMBERS’ MEETING FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 22ND AT 2PM
Notice is hereby given that the next Annual Members’ Meeting for The Keystone Neighbourhood Company will be held on Friday, November 22nd at 2pm at Warren Station in Keystone’s River Run Village.
At this meeting we will:
- Approve the previous meeting minutes
- Ratify 2025 Budget
- Review year-to-date financial reports
- Update Members on Neighbourhood Company accomplishments and current projects
- Allow for general input and discussion among the Members
The complete meeting packet can be viewed and printed from The Neighbourhood Company website one week prior to the meeting.

Warren Station is excited to welcome the winter season with the Keystone Kickoff Series! Formerly known as the Get Stoked Event Series, the Keystone Kickoff features three different film screenings as well as the first concert of ski season, all conveniently located right here in River Run Village. WELCOME BACK TO KEYSTONE, SHANNON BUHLER!
Vail Resorts announced Shannon’s appointment as the new Vice President and General Manager of Keystone back in August. This won’t be Shannon’s first time working at Keystone. Click here to read more about Shannon’s appointment and ski industry background!
