THE NEIGHBOURHOOD NEWS: OCTOBER

Hello KNC Homeowners! We wellcome October in the high country with cold nights and rolling weather. We are happy to see some moisture come through along with beautiful sunny afternoons! As Keystone Resort looks to open as early as possible in October, we are starting to prepare for winter while still enjoying these warmer afternoons and dry(ish) trail conditions.

KEYSTONE KICKOFF TICKETS NOW ON SALE

Winter events kick off at Warren Station Center for the Arts with the Keystone Kickoff Music & Movie series. The series features screenings of two new ski movies for the ’26-’27 season, along with a winter kickoff concert featuring two local bands.

Proceeds from the new Warren Miller Film, “Days Off”, will benefit Dillon Valley Elementary, while proceeds from the new Matchstick Productions Film, “The Way Out”, will benefit Team Summit. Please note that because the ski movie screenings are fundraisers for non-profits, there will not be a discount available on tickets.

Keystone Kickoff Schedule:

The homeowner ticket discount will apply to the Keystone Kickoff Concert tickets, allowing homeowners free entry to the concert. Please pre-purchase your ticket on Eventbrite using your homeowner discount to receive free entry.

AUTUMN LEAVES FALLING

This little bit of September moisture has really helped the trees hang onto their foliage for just a little bit longer, leading to some bright fall colors in the high country of recent. If you have some time for a walk, take a stroll through Quaking Aspen Amphitheater, across The Springs Bridge, and down to the bike path through the wetlands to get a nice view of colors popping in the village and on the mountain.

DAKOTA POOL CLOSURE BEGINS TODAY

The Dakota Pool and Spas are closed for seasonal cleaning and maintenance from October 1st to October 10th. Thank you for understanding our need to upkeep the pools and spas at this time.
