KNC POOL & SPAS – INFORMATION & GUIDELINES
POOL & SPA STATUS:
Pool: OPEN
Small Spa: OPEN
Large Spa: OPEN
Pool & Spas Hours: 7 days a week, the pool will be open 9:00am – 10:00pm daily. The pool will be cleaned throughout the day and if the cleaning attendant needs to close the pool/spas, they may do so at any time without advanced notice.
Pool Keys and Access: Your homeowner key to your unit will be used to enter the pool between 9am – 10pm. You will receive your unit key from your property management company. If other arrangements are needed with keys, please contact info@keystoneneighbourhood.com.
Weather policy: If there is a severe storm event or lighting, please do not huddle under overhangs, you must take all of your belongings and return to your lodging unit. Staff may close the pool at their discretion during inclement weather and all parties will be required to leave the pool immediately.
There will be no lifeguard on duty at the pool.
Pool Furniture: DO NOT MOVE THE FURNITURE. Please choose an area appropriate for your party size to be respectful and accommodating for others using the pool. No outside pool furniture will be permitted to enter the pool area.
Personal Flotation Devices Only: No floats, rafts, throwable toys/balls will be allowed.
Towels: Only TWO towels per guest. It is the guest’s responsibility to put all towels in the used towel bins when exiting the pool area.
Lost and Found: A Lost and Found Box is located at the south end of the pool. Items will be kept for two weeks, if they have not been claimed after two weeks’ time, they will be discarded.
The following is not permitted in the pool and spa area: No grilling, food, glass or alcohol allowed at the pool. As well as, no “events” are allowed at the pool.
COVID-19: If you or anyone in your party does not feel well, please stay home. If you feel the urge to sneeze or cough while at the pool, do it into your elbow to prevent the spray of droplets from your mouth. Please be mindful and respectful of spacing while in the pool, and around the pool deck.
Additional Pools Open: check your individual building HOA, if you have a pool/spa, to see if it is open.
