KINDRED AT KEYSTONE

Kindred at Keystone is a transformational project, located next to the River Run Gondola featuring an upscale Ski In/Out Hotel, 95 Luxury Ski In/Out residences ranging from 1-4 bedrooms, and a private club.

Kindred is building the base area for Keystone and bringing a new level of luxury, service and energy. The 24,000 square feet of commercial space at Kindred includes 3 restaurants, a large meeting & event space, ski school, ski & board rental shop, retail, spa and a lobby bar called Kindred Spirit, along with a public courtyard and public spaces. Kindred is being designed as a gathering spot and social hub for Keystone, and is set to open by spring 2026 for phase 1.
