HELLO FROM THE NEIGHBOURHOOD!
Hello homeowners! As we reach the end of shoulder season here in Keystone, we’re looking forward to greener views and sunny days in the mountains! The KNC has been working hard to get River Run Village ready for another beautiful summer.

VILLAGE OPERATIONS PROJECTS
The KNC Operations Crew has been hard at work getting the village ready for summer in addition to the other ongoing updates and construction projects in the village. Pictured above, it takes the whole crew (and several full days of work!) to convert the Dercum Square Ice Skating Rink into a summer mini-golf adventure!
The crew has been hard at work staining the landscaping timbers and Adirondack furniture throughout the village. Another seasonal swap, ski racks have now been replaced with bike racks for the summer.
A couple other special projects have been contracted out in the village. The brand new Expedition Stairs are looking fresh heading up to the Keystone Employee Center. The ongoing Silver Mill re-roofing project is scheduled to be done in mid-June. It’s exciting to see the village merchants and condos getting things spruced up for summer after another great winter here in Keystone!
THE BIKE PATH BY THE GONDOLA HAS REOPENED
The rec path through Gondola Plaza has reopened after being closed during the shoulder season for construction access. Guests will be able to travel through Gondola Plaza for the rest of the summer season!

Ryane, our Special Events Coordinator, can often be found on the upper C when she’s not working a festival! If you want to see her face, she’s in the middle in the second pic!

• Any other fun facts to share? Before I moved to Colorado I was working at a fish plant in Haines, Alaska!
